Questions

How do you invoice?

Invoices come from Oleksii Nikolaev (Worktimal) in USD. You can pay by bank transfer, including from AUD, NZD, GBP or EUR, or by card. A contract and an NDA are available on request.

Who owns the code and workflows?

You do. Everything runs on your accounts and is handed over with documentation, a runbook and a video walkthrough.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Every decision has a confidence threshold. Below it, a person decides. Everything is logged, so you can always see what happened and why.

What happens to personal data?

First we define what data is actually needed, who can see it and how long it stays. Access is limited to the minimum required permissions.

Will our data be used to train AI models?

I use business API access to model providers, which by default doesn't use your data for training, and I can use a provider you choose.

What if something breaks after handover?

Every project includes 14 days of free fixes after handover. If something breaks or doesn't behave as agreed, I fix it at no cost. After that, maintenance for one workflow is USD 150 per month, and one-off work is USD 95 per hour.

Can we start small?

Yes. The first step is one process with a measurable input and result. New workflows follow after the first one passes acceptance.

What do you need from us?

A short description of the process, three or four real examples of what comes in, and access to the tools involved. Everything else is agreed in writing.

Where is the system hosted? Can the data stay in our country?

On your own infrastructure or in a cloud region you choose, for example the EU, the US or Australia. Credentials stay in your systems with the minimum access needed.

What if you become unavailable?

The system is documented well enough for another developer to run and change it. Monthly monitoring and support is optional.

Does the time zone get in the way?

I work on UTC+7. With Asia and Australia most of the day overlaps; with Europe and the Americas we agree a short daily window. Everything else happens in writing, so the work keeps moving while you are offline.

What does the free assessment include?

A written plan for one process: what's worth automating, how it would work, the risks, and a fixed price. It comes with a 3-minute video. No obligation.

Which CRMs and tools do you work with?

Most tools with an API; see the tools listed above.

Can you work with our existing developer or agency?

Yes. I document everything so they can maintain it.

How will I see progress?

A written update on every working day of a sprint and a short video at each milestone, in a shared document you can check anytime.

What if we need changes after handover?

Small changes come with monthly support. Anything bigger we scope and price in writing before it starts.

Where do workflows and access stay?

In your n8n and your accounts. Secrets are kept only in n8n’s encrypted credentials. You receive the diagram, documentation and a video walkthrough.

Who pays for tokens and services?

The accounts and actual usage belong to you. Before launch we agree on the model, limits and expected order of cost.

What if n8n or the model is unavailable?

Every critical step gets an agreed behaviour: retry, queue, manual review and notification. Business data must never disappear silently.

What if something breaks urgently?

You'll get a written reply within a few hours during your business day, and a short incident report once it's fixed. Monitoring usually tells me about a failure before you notice it.

Can you work with health or other sensitive data?

Yes, with extra care: only the data the process needs, access limited to named people, and hosting in your region where required.

Do we need to meet?

No. I work in writing and recorded video, so everything is documented and you can review it when it suits you. If a short call helps, we'll do one with a written agenda.

Do you also build websites and apps?

Yes. Websites, web apps, client portals and internal tools, usually connected to the automations above. A website connected to your lead system starts at USD 1,450, a small internal tool at USD 3,900, and a CRM or full web app at USD 6,500.

How is the work accepted?

Before work starts we agree on sample inputs, expected outputs, difficult cases and failure behaviour. Acceptance follows those scenarios.

If something breaks

Most automations fail silently. Ours alert you at once and recover without losing data. You can watch it happen in the console on the home page.

  • Failed writes are retried If the CRM or Xero is down, the record waits in a queue and is sent once the service is back.
  • A named person is alerted By SMS or Slack, as soon as data stops arriving or a step fails.
  • Unclear cases go to a person Anything below the confidence threshold is sent for review with the full context attached.
  • Every step is logged You can see what the system did with any request, and why.
